Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a leader in telecom industry a technical passionate RNO/P Engineer with "can do attitude" that can deliver valuable results.
Job Description
Perform the following Radio Network Optimization activities as required:
-Field Data collection & analysis. According to Radio environment e. such as Coverage, interference. Design the best drive route or location. Perform the drive test and static test according the test requirement.
-Configure the drive test equipment and software; configure the network element according test case.
-Analysis the Drive test result and find the Network Problems with the Post process tools
- Good understanding of antenna theory (aperture, gain, beam width, dipole vs. isotropic), antenna performance (return loss, impedance matching), and engineering tools (spectrum analyzer, site master)
-Monitoring and optimize the Network KPIs to assure it reach the target value. Such as the Drop call rate, Call setup success rate, Ping delay
- Analysis the system features and parameters to optimize the network performance KPIs
-Help customer to validate the equipment according huawei documentation
-University degree in Telecommunication, Electrical / Electronic or computer Engineering
Proficient knowledge of mobile communications and principles of GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE products, signaling flow and protocols, electromagnetic theory, radio transmission, antenna system, and so on
-Comprehensive understanding of Radio frequency channel environment (fast fading, slow fading, time dispersion, scattering, diffraction, wave length/frequency dependence) and proper prediction model selection (Okomura, Hata, COST231) and their key parameters calibration for various frequencies.
-Good knowledge at Mobile system topology and system parameters of at least one of the main technologies (GSM/GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, LTE ).
- With the related planning and optimization work experience on 2G, 3G and even 4G is preferred
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Driving license is an advantage.
- Good knowledge at optimization and drive test tools such as probe& Assistant, excel, QXDM, wire shark, MapInfo
-Experience on RNC, BSC, nodeB
