* Keeping abreast of regulatory developments, assessing & communicating impact and optimization opportunities
* Developing methodologies for the assessment of internal capital adequacy regarding credit risk, including concentration, residual, country and FX lending risk
* Participating in Bank-wide forecasting, stress testing, capital adequacy, and risk management efforts
* Determining the capital requirement and contributing material content to related presentation materials for Executive Management and the Bank's Board of Directors
* Performing functions associated with ICAAP reporting, including ad hoc reporting needs
* Graduate or post-graduate qualifications in economics or finance related disciplines (or equivalent)
* Good knowledge of the financial services industry, related to regulatory capital management regulation and practices
* Experience in financial services industry - banking, capital markets, investment management firms, consulting
* Experience of ICAAP and stress testing development
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Full professional proficiency in English
Additional desirable qualities include:
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SQL / DBMS)
* Other relevant qualifications such as CFA and/or FRM would be a positive
* Highly self-motivated, with an ability to work on own initiative within a challenging /dynamic environment
* Strong team player with good organization and planning skills
