- You will be responsible for providing analytical support in developing, implementing and monitoring the overall wage and salary systems as well as the company's benefits program;
- You will ensure the necessary support for company’s management in the implementation, communication and management of compensation and benefit policies and programs;
- You will participate at annual salary surveys and will offer support in analyzing and interpreting the data and make recommendations in order to ensure a competitive market position aligned with the human resources strategy;
- You will be responsible for maintaining integrity and internal equity in COSMOTE Compensations and Benefit’s structures and programs.

- University graduate;
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar position, compensation and benefits specific training would be a plus;
- Previous experience in a multinational company, telecommunication field would be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of reward systems, principles and practices;
- Very good analysis skills;
- Very good presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication;
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
