• You will work in close relationship with operational groups including IT, Engineering, Customer Service and Interconnection in order to escalate opportunities to improve performance across the organization;
• You will sustain the Revenue Process Management through monitoring, analysis and validation of data;
• You will prepare, develop and run controls for Revenues Assurance (Subscriber Reconciliations, Call Completion, Rejected CDRS, Test Calls Generator,etc);
• You will update Revenue Assurance Procedures to be in line with process execution;
• You will investigate, negotiate and collect resolutions together with impacted areas in order to minimize the revenue loss.
• University graduate;
• At least one year experience in reporting, business analyze, investigations;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package(especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint);
• Experience with IT system/applications;
• Advance knowledge of English;
• Experience in Telecommunication Environment, Databases, Programming Languages; SQL knowledge is mandatory;
• Customer oriented;
• Analitical thinking;
• Investigation, Negotiation skills;
• Ability to meet tight dead-lines;
• Organizational skills.
