RESPONSABILITATI

The position will be within Sales ACCOUNTING Department of the European region Shared Service Center of the Company. This person will recognize sales revenue & cost and process Accounts Receivable (AR) business using Oracle ERP for accounting, for one or more European subsidiaries.

Main responsibility regards the recognition of sales revenue & cost based on group policy and local GAAP, providing support to local financial staff for reporting and auditing.
- Perform daily transaction processing for internal or external customers.
-Ensure the correctness of the accounting treatment; make sure that the accounting data is reflecting the business and meet management and internal control requirements.
- Perform reconciliation of customer’s balance, communicate with local or overseas customers and also with other business departments from Romania subsidiary or other European subsidiaries to get necessary information about contract status and understand business flow.
-Checking operations performed by other accountants, approve invoices before booking and sending to customers.
- Provide all necessary information to other modules, reports making and involvement in month closing operations and audit process.

Specific key responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly, weekly, even daily sales revenue & cost data;
- Provide feedback to business department and other department questions and requirements;
- Analysis for sales margin and abnormal cost rate of contract;
- Coordinate the reconciliation between sub-ledgers and general ledger; preparing monthly reconciliation reports between GL and sub-ledgers;
- Accounting data from CST module of Oracle ERP checking on daily, weekly and monthly basis;
- Analysis for transaction activity and balance reasonability;
- Prepare specific of adjusting accounting journals;
- Analysis for cost and revenue figure based on Oracle ERP reporting system;
- Work with external auditors as needed;
- Planning and implementing daily/weekly/monthly routines for CST work, as well as for the related sub-ledgers work;
- Actively involving in department projects related to activity efficiency and quality improvement.


CERINTE

- Work experience: at least 2 years in accounting area;
- Education: graduate in finance & accounting;
- Good control of English, including commercial & accounting in both speaking and writing;
- Experience in an ERP System will be a +. If Oracle: ++;
- Experience within a Shared Service, BPO, Big Four / telecom / IT Company would be a plus;
- Familiar with working knowledge of manufacturing in the electronics industry will be an asset;
- Familiar with actual costing, manufacturing variances knowledge;
- Good computer skills (excel, word, power point), If have Visual FoxPro program skill or SQL skill will be ++;
- Good communication skills and team work spirit;
- Available for business trips;
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
