-Receive customer complaints, analyze them thoroughly and professionally and provide a solution in due time, in order to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
-Ensure that the official company answer is mailed to the customers (when appropriate, according to the procedures in place) within the standard time frame.
-Maintaining a high degree of knowledge about company services, prices, invoices, technical and other relevant information or issues.
-Log written complaints, answers and solutions offered to the customers.
-Follow up on pending requests procedures.
-University degree;
-Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
-High energy and positive attitude;
-Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
-MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
-Fluency in English;
-Customer service experience would be an advantage.
