Job expirat
The Resident Engineer shall:
- be delagated the responsabilitiesxand dutyes for day-to-day supervision of and individual works contract;
- carry out the duties of the Engeneer`s Representative, as delegated to him by the Engineer;
- supervise execution of work and check the finished works before taking-over;
- timely informed both Resident Project Manager and the Quantity Surveyor about probable Variation Orders and unexpected increases in cost, resulting from the Site Instruction issue to the Contracor;
- coordinate daily the supporting staff assigned under his direst control, ensuring a constant supervision and quality control of the works in progress;
- follow up the works in order to advice the Resident Project Manager about any event witch might create disturbance or disorders on site.
A graduated engineer having at last ten (10) years experience in similar functions in road construction and/or rehabilitation work supervision, contact management, and more specifically in asphalt pavement rehabilitation.
He/she demonstrate that he has occupied similar post on at last two projects of similar complexity and value under conditions similar to those prevailing in Moldova.
He/she shall have a good working knowledge of the English language.
