Job Description

We are looking for someone who is confident, positive, self motivated, sharp, persistent and able to effectively communicate the purpose of the company to all stakeholders.
You should also be comfortable working both independently and cooperatively, be innovative , proactive and easy going.

The perfect candidate will have:

• The ability to effectively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of professionalism;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook. It is considered a plus if you have working knowledge of general business concepts including marketing, company law, accounting, research and development and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accuracy is utmost! You have to be a professional demeanor and have polished communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Intermediate to proficiency in Spanish / Italian / German / Portuguese / French, etc
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work under stress and strict deadlines.
• Proven ability to initiate and follow up on various tasks without supervision.

Responsibilities:

You will have to assist the Account Manager by:
• Managing the corporate infrastructure process.
• Carrying out a variety of projects from planning through execution.
• Drafting business plans, marketing plans, business overviews and related documentation.
• Conducting research in various related fields.
• Creating and maintaining contact with various partners, including management companies, accounting firms and financial institutions.
• Managing operational expenses, budgeting.
• Reporting, providing feedback and recommending improvements.
