RESPONSABILITATI

SCOP: Desfasoara activitatea de suport tehnic pentru clientii fizici si juridici de Date si Internet ai Companiei, aplicand cunostintele de specialitate pentru a raspunde solicitarilor acestora si a rezolva problemele in timp util.

RESPONSABILITĂŢI PRINCIPALE:

- Asigura comunicarea cu clienţii companiei prin toate mijloacele de comunicare disponibile (apeluri intrare, apeluri iesire, corespondenta scrisa – fax, e-mail, posta), conform procedurilor în vigoare;
- Furnizează informaţii generale (tarife, servicii, acoperire, pachete, reţea de distribuţie, etc.) sau personalizate (valoarea facturii, data emiterii facturii, ultima zi de plată, PUK, etc.) pentru rezolvarea solicitarii clientului;
- Inregistreaza solicitarile si reclamatii clientilor si le proceseaza in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru specifice;
- Furnizeaza solicitantilor date corecte si complete prin utilizarea corespunzatoare a sistemului informational;
- Ia masuri pentru a-si imbunatati nivelul de performanta profesionala in conformitate cu feedback-ul si cerintele sefilor ierarhici;
- Respecta intocmai procedurile si intructiunile de lucru;
- Participa la programele de pregatire profesionala in vederea atingerii nivelului de performanta;


CERINTE

Studii medii (studiile superioare constituie un avantaj).

Experienţa în muncă:
Minim 6 de luni experienta in aria relatiilor cu clientii.

Cunoştinţe, Aptitudini & Abilităţi:
Cunostinte despre produsele si serviciile companiei;
Cunostinte despre telefoanele mobile.
Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si de ascultare;
Capacitate de lucru in echipa;
Autocontrol;
Stabilitate emotionala;
Adaptabilitate;
Orientare catre client;
Orientare catre rezultate;
O limba straina de circulatie internationala, de preferinta engleza (nivel mediu);
Bune cunostinte de operare calculator (Microsoft Office).
