This role will imply:
• Responsibility with excellence in systems & architecture area - all tools with financial reporting focus
• Architecting the financial month-end closing system (developed through excel using macros)
• Supervising the system update
• Reporting systems support data
• Providing support and continuous monitoring of the SAP data that feed the Reporting Systems
• Consolidation of Actuals/ Budget/ Forecasts/ Performance Reports into one Essbase model
• Involved in compliance and Disaster Recovery processes in place
• In charge with ongoing initiatives and enhancements
• Planning updates for Essbase systems
• Provide Consultancy, Information, Analysis, Training and Financial IT Model Expertise to finance department
• Delivering presentations


CERINTE

The role will provide support to the Enterprise Manager in the provision of Reporting Systems that allow legal and performance reporting of XTE financials at the appropriate level. These systems provide subsidiary reporting at a schedule level in line with up to date metrics, CCOA, Cost Centre, Product, Legal Unit. Provide Systems & architecture to allow users of the financial reporting data access to stable data to help ensure that decisions are made at the appropriate level.

Requirements:
• At least 3-7 years of professional experience within a multi-national environment with technical support for financial responsibility
• Exceptional PC skills (Including Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills) and High Level of Numeracy.
• Expert knowledge of Essbase (Hyperion)
• Expert in Cube Reporting structures; understanding the logic behind, the up-load and downloads flows, structure creation, segments adding/removing implications, new reports generating
• Strong Business Acumen
• SAP previously used
• Strong financial understanding is required (CAPEX, OPEX, P&L, BS, Revenues, Expenses, Tax, CC, Products, Line of Business etc)
• Understanding US GAAP/IFRS basic principle
• Project Management Skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to deal with all levels with tact, diplomacy and maturity
• Self-motivated with ability to act on own initiative
• Ability to solve problem and manage conflicting priorities
• Resilient under pressure and able to adapt quickly to unforeseen work demands
