RESPONSABILITATI

Participating in the creation, production and analysis of dashboards and HR reporting for the Group;
Building the HR reporting service offer;
Championing HR reporting good practices and ensuring data quality and integrity;
Training internal users to our HR reporting tool;
Implementing new features to the HR reporting tool in close collaboration with the HRIS Projects Managers;
Contributing to collaborative-thinking within the HRIS group in order to continuously improve our processes and systems.


CERINTE

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
5+ years experience in business/HR analysis, reporting analysis or related role.
Strong problem solving, analytical and synthetic skills with acute attention to detail.
Ability to quickly analyze/reconcile large amounts of data within determined parameters.
Very good communication and organization skills.
Client-orientation, can-do attitude.
Work successfully across cultures and geographies.
Advanced to expert skills in MS Excel. Knowledge of BO optional.
Full proficiency in English, French is a plus.
