We are now looking for a Reporting Analyst to handle the reporting service for a client deal within one of our Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) units. The successful candidate will provide input into the Commercial Service Delivery Managers to maximize the quality of service for the client and will partner with the subject matter experts to drive report standardization and simplification within the business unit.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Managing the report portfolio for the service
• Managing the change management process for the reporting portfolio (log reporting changes, initiate changes, approve them via Business Reporting Board, submit changes to service delivery for execution)
• Leading periodic service reviews with the clients
• Reviewing operational service results with the client solution manager and intervening when necessary
• Updating the client solution manager on issues & opportunities
We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:
Technical Skills
• Excellent understanding of spreadsheet reporting and the ability to appreciate technical challenges in report development/maintenance
• Expertise in setting up databases and writing SQLs
• Knowledge of advanced visualization techniques
Experience
• Previous experience working with Sales and Marketing teams on their reporting needs
• Subject matter expert for a variety of reporting needs
• Previously worked with standard CPG data sources like Nielsen, IRI data
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders, keeping them informed and bringing them together for right discussion
• Experience of working in a client focused role
Interpersonal Skills
• Familiar with taking end to end ownership of success of the delivery by collaborating proactively across teams.
• Confident working on your own initiative
• Comfortable identifying emerging issues and raising them proactively to protect ongoing service quality.
• Highly organised and has a good attention to detail.
Willingness to travel is required.
