-Coordinates the monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, fixed costs), semestrial and annual financial statements – both statutory & corporate;
- Prepares monthly reports that include accounts payable reconciliation, accounts receivable reconciliation, cash flow report, and balance sheet audits.
- Supervise statutory audit and tax return filling and takes efforts to optimize the level of taxes while minimizing the fiscal risk. Is responsible for documentation for tax purposes.
- Coordinates the accounting department in the implementation of the agreed accounting policies, in a homogeneous manner;
- Responsible for subsidiary ledgers: cash disbursements, cash receipts, accounts payable, month-end payroll summary, accounts receivable summary, and journal entries for adjustments to the general ledger;
- Responsible for current and capital fund general ledgers, trial balances, financial report, and balance sheets.
- Is in charge with the safeguarding of the company’s assets (investments, inventory, receivables, cash) in order to ensure physical existence and valuation (stock taxing procedures);
- Takes an active role in the projects related to optimization of the accounting process (optimization of existing working conditions and the implementation of additional modules in the accounting informational system);
- Maintain the relationship with external auditors and tax advisers.
