RESPONSABILITATI

Providing initial remote technical software support for AIX to clients: Analyzing problems/situations, understanding problem
impact on client business; applying problem solving techniques; Participating in scheduled off-shift (call-out).

In an initial phase training will be provided to gain specific product knowledge and getting used to software support processes
and tools. This would be provided in Bucharest, subsequent training is likely to be abroad.


CERINTE

0 Good knowledge of the AIX operating system;
English fluent (both written and verbal);
Problem solver;

Excellent communication and listening skills;
Team player;

Very good analytical skills;
Eagerness/willingness to learn;

Ability to perform under pressure;

Ability to multitask;

Willingness to travel.

Nice to have:

0 German language is a plus;
0 C programming;
0 Knowledge of IT technology 8: infrastructure, particularly disk arrays and Storage Area Networks;
