Instintell runs an online integrated platform (www.PensionMandate.com) containing a live database, a system of alerts and constitutes a dynamic network of institutional investors, asset managers, consultants and other investment practitioners. It is powered by research and automation and brings volume and predictive intelligence.PensionMandate.com is creating the benchmark research and database reference destination for the investment fund management communities by delivering real-time intelligence about institutional investor mandate activity.
The main responsibilities involve liaising with clients and potential clients about our product offers. The operator should be able to answer by email in English a wide range of questions regarding subscriptions, online purchases etc.
The candidates should be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office and familiar with the internet and be prepared to work from home in real-time connection with our London office.
