- Maintain the technical relationship between I-play and clients from United states. Working hours: 19:00 – 2:30
- Co-ordinate resources involved in releases both internally and externally
- Resolve release issues as they arise or escalate to appropriate resources
- Assist with end-user support of I-play titles
- Liaise with Marketing team and Sales team - internally and with I-play clients to discuss delivery requirements and game submissions - externally.
- Track record of customer-facing IT work (whether internal or external clients)
- General technical capabilities required, including knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, particularly telephone and email
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- Experience of Perl an advantage, but not essential
- Advanced level of English language.
