- Liaises with the clients, performs the selection of the projects eligible for financing and structures the financing proposals;
- Performs the full analysis of the project feasibility and standing;
- Involved in the negotiation and liaising with all the third parties involved in the project completion ( i.e. legal advisors, technical advisers, tax / audit advisers, a.s.o);
- Involved in the monitoring throughout the lifetime of the project and preparation of timely reports related to the project;
- Minimum 2 years working experience in an international banking environment in the corporate department, preferably in the Project Finance department;
- Excellent command in English
- Strong Underwriting skills are a must;
- Involvement in the implementation and monitoring of the deals is a plus;
