1. According to the needs of customers and market development of the Regional Division, plan, develop, and build a technical service team providing a quality end to end technical service support covering pre sale support,solution deployment,and after sales technical support /services to satisfy requirements of technical service raised by customers and internal teams, thus increasing customer satisfaction and service brand value.
2. At requests of President of GTS and President of EU Regional Division, review customer requirements, competitor environment, and operations; mange objectives commitment of businesses and urge subordinate departments to manage objectives commitment of businesses; ensure business operations of technical service is optimal and general business objectives are accomplished.
3. According to requirements of professional service skills raised by Representative Offices of the Regional Division, drive the department to build and cultivate a regional team of technical service professionals, including project managers, product managers, and service managers; ensure professional guidance skills are provided to Representative Offices of the Regional Division.
4. According to service requirements raised by customers through country offices, , organize and direct subordinate departments to build the Regional professional service platforms, such as Technical Assistant Center(TAC), Service Parts Center(spares), and Training Center, so as to provide fast and timely professional service.
5. According to requirements of the progress of project delivery, organize to build a Regional Division-level service team to provide support for major trans-regional activities and major projects, manage engineering projects, and ensure objectives of project delivery are accomplished.
6. According to requirements of development planning and HR management requirements of the department, build organizational culture and manage human resources, oversee subordinate departments to build organizational culture and manage human resources, foster positive organizational climate, implement the schemes for cultivating and selecting cadres, and cultivate a management team that can address business requirements.
1. 10 plus years of work experience in communications industry; 8 plus years of experience in managing large and medium-sized technical service teams that consist of 50-100 employees; 5 plus years of work experience in the same position of multinational enterprises
2. Familiarity with basic knowledge of communications network
3. Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and written in English; ability for organization and team leadership
