For one of our clients, a multinational company, active in Beauty Care field, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager.
Responsabilities:
1. Ensures sales strategy development and implementation of the company's products in the assigned area;
2. Market research and evaluation of our competitors activity;
3. Monitors merchandising activities for the company's products;
4.Organizes, supervises and controls invoice collection from the customers in the allocated area;
5. Provides periodic evaluation, trainings and coaching for his team.
- University degree;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Advanced level English language;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Team and solution oriented personality;
- Convincing and influencing skills;
- Driving licence.
