For our client, important foreign retail chain selling clothes all over Romania, we are looking for a serious and experienced
Regional District Manager
The Regional District Manager is responsible for the sales increase, sales and other targets achieving, by full maintaining, functioning and operating of the original stores in particular region delegated by General Manager, this shall include in particular:
-delivering right people for the right positions, well trained, performing their duties and serving at best the customers in the original stores;
-selecting, motivating, controlling and evaluating performance of sales/shop assistants and shop managers;
-regular and constant training of our shop employees in relation to all shop operations, store concept, visual merchandising concept, customer approach, stock management and overall shop management and their responsibilities;
-stock management - manage and supervise stock management operations including regular stock inventories according to law and internal company policies and targets;
-visual merchandising ¿ constant management, update and supervision of visual merchandising/brand concept execution in the stores;
-customer approach ¿ constant management, update and supervision of customer approach concept execution in the store;
-management and communication ¿ to ensure fully operational and functioning shops;
-administration ¿ delivery of all legally required approvals, registrations, reports, and organized paperwork in a standard form;
-authorities¿ relations - responsibility for authorities¿ relationships, registrations, taxes or approvals related to each shop functioning and our employees according to Romanian legislation and company policies;
-employees - preparation and administration of contracts, files, all paperwork related;
-preparing and submitting reports and analysis to top management per request;
-cooperation with other company departments.
-perfect English
-minimum 1 year experience at the same position or few years experience as shop manager in similar field of activity
-experience with team management, people selection, motivation and training
-textile and fashion understanding and customer relation experience would be very valuable
-driving license B, several years of driving experience
-ability and willingness to travel extensively and frequently within Romania region
-very well organized and communicative person
-ambitions person, able to speak up clearly about his/her opinions considering the facts
-results oriented, honest and flexible person
-optimistic and team player
-with high level of emotional intelligence willing to takeover high level of responsibility and problems solving
