Drive day to day recruitment service delivery in country, including achievement of SLAs
Line manage the local admin and end to end recruiter teams across time zones
Track and report country performance and trends
Support global process consistency, implementing best practices from the Accenture global team
Act as an escalation point for country recruitment related issues
Ensure fixes and / or improvements are implemented consistently and understood by all delivery teams
Participate in global capability network calls
Participate in performance review meetings for team members
Fluent business English required
2-4 years experience of HR/Recruitment experience with experience in a team lead role
Strong team and people management experience
Qualified to a higher educational level (highest schooling qualification prior to and including university)
Have a proven track record of high quality HR service delivery with strong client satisfaction
Ability to build and manage strong relationships internally and externally
Flexible and proactive mindset aimed at driving service excellence and continuous improvement
Strong understanding of monitoring service quality and delivering against client requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in working with international teams (Desirable)
Strong project management skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Project
Experience in using applicant tracking tools and workflow
