RESPONSABILITATI

• Implement recruitment and selection strategies, identify recruitment sources and recommend the best alternatives in order to meet the company staff needs
• Run the allocated recruitment projects, going through the complete recruitment process: headcount budget check, profile definition, recommend the proper recruitment strategy to the hiring managers, interview and test candidates, recommend the short-listed candidates to hiring manager, make job offers to selected candidates, inform the rejected candidates, send information on the new hire to all involved parties from the company
• Perform the necessary administrative tasks related to recruitment processes (for example: timely update the candidates’ data base, all recruitment projects are properly and timely documented etc)
• Provide internal training and consultancy on recruiting and selection techniques to line management of the vacant positions, in any company location across the country
• Track the orientation and integration of new employees in the team
• Run the exit interviews for all leavers from the allocated recruitment area and register collected data in the databases. Recommend activity improvements to line manager
• Prepare periodic and on the spot reports related with personnel recruitment
• Participate in various HR projects, as per company needs (e.g.: job fairs etc.)


CERINTE

• At least two years experience in recruitment and selection field
• Previous exposure in recruitment projects for IT&C and/or Retail field would be an advantage
• Volume hiring administration is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of competency/behavior based interviewing techniques
• Training / Presentation skills represent an asset
• Experience in organizing and supervising Assessment Centers for selection projects is a plus
• Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Initiative, results oriented, problem solver, customer oriented
• Adaptability and teamwork skills
• Very good communication skills
