- Identify and centralize the personnel requirements of the company, on the basis of the requests received from the department managers;
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes in accordance to the company objectives: managing job descriptions and job advertising, adapting search methodologies dependent on needs, actively using internal database, networks and other mediums to identify and to attract qualified candidates, scheduling and conducting the interviews, offering feedback to the candidates, updating the candidate database;
- Work cooperatively with all members of the Recruiting team to develop and implement plans and activities;
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to create a partnership that produces results;
- Track the orientation and integration of new employees into the company;
- Develop external partnerships, serving multiple purposes – from recruitment, to job sites & job fairs, up to special targeted events and social media coverage;
- Act as an advisor in terms of labor market structure and tendencies;
- Additional duties, tasks and projects as assigned or requested by the company;

- 1- 3 years of staffing /recruiting / HR process experience (in a recruitment agency or in a multinational environment);
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field preferred;
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic and results oriented environment;
- Ability to creatively source potential candidates by using variety of techniques;
- Strong problem solving abilities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Self starter and quick learner;
- Fluency in English is a must;
