RESPONSABILITATI

A Recruitment Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, from the creation of the job description to the selection of candidates. The job requires strong communications skills and the ability to manage client relationships.

Main responsibilities
-Manage the recruitment processes from A to Z
-Analyze the job market in certain industry sectors
-Manage several client accounts
-Conduct interviews and selection of candidates
-Successfully complete assignments
-Report to the Managing Director of the company
-Make presentation to potential clients


CERINTE

This job is suitable for persons with 1 to 3 years of work experience. We give priority to people from sales, account management and project management.

Specific industry knowledge from the following sectors is an advantage:
-IT & Telecommunications
-Financial Services
-Manufacturing
-Real Estate & Construction
