-Translate complex requirements from User Mapping Specialist to create, organize and execute a plan for local training delivery;
- Coordinate local training with Training Team;
- Organize training facilities and equipment and people for executing training plan;
- Participate in negotiation with local Managers when building the local training plan;
-Ensure recruitment process in Bucharest in Greece for middle management positions.
- 3-5 years experience in recruiting (Sales, Marketing, Finance area, temps and permanent) and training planning, administration and delivery;
- Cultural sensitivity;
- Availability to travel between Bucharest and Greece;
- Open to quickly learn and use new tools (Ingenium -training Database, Web Surveyor - electronic evaluation tool, Meeting Place);
- Multitask with different activities at the same time;
- Organized ;
- Able to manage different stake holders - managers;
- MS Office solid knowledge;
-English language solid knowledge;
