Once having attended training on peculiar matters, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles
- Preparation and placing job advertisement in mass media
- Planning and organizing interviews
- Helping in making reports
- Market research of suitable candidates for different positions by direct approach
- Regular contact with the candidates before the interview and after
- New applications to introduce in database
- Co-organizing the balance of competences
- Cooperation with universities recruiting applicants for databases
- Cooperation with Internet portals and press regarding placing job adverts
- Dealing with training of new employees
- Contacting all office suppliers
Professional Experience:
- University degree, specific HR training or experience is an advantage
- Very good planning and organizing abilities
- Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- A good comprehension of the Romanian market
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports
- Ability to work on various projects
- PC working knowledge

- Languages: Very good command of English; French is an advantage
- Hierarchical positioning: This position will answer directly to the Senior Consultant
