Greets all visitors to company
Maintains a record of all visitors to organization by recording name, time, purpose, and who the visitor called upon
Answers phones and directs callers to appropriate employee for assistance
Gathers and distributes mail, messages, and incoming faxes, receives stamps and distributes incoming mail
Receive the public and answers questions, respond to inquiries from employees, customers and others and refers when necessary to appropriate persons


CERINTE

High school degree
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
Fluency in English
Office management and reporting skills
Professional appearance, attitude and approach
Advanced verbal and written communications skills
Ability to effectively meet and deal with the public, customer oriented
Able to focus on details, to plan and organize activities
Talkative friendly attitude
Able to learn new behaviors in the shortest time
