• Responsible for answering and routing calls, greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, handles inquiries from the public; may also coordinate incoming and outgoing mail etc
• Adheres to all standards of Customer Service, Company’s policies and procedures
• As a front office person, he/she always is hospitable, smiling and willing to help internal and external clients as well
• Monitors access to the Head Office building by visitors
• May type, file and perform other reasonable tasks for the rest of the staff
• Prepares and disperses mail or other correspondence in a timely manner
• Assists in the planning and preparing of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Provides secretarial support, maintains the general filing system and files the correspondence
• The job requires a good operating knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail, with experience in a busy office environment and ability to plan and prioritise one’s own work
• University degree (is considered an advantage)
• Minimum ½ years experience in a similar environment and position
• Good knowledge of English and excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Able to deal with a range of multiple tasks at the same time and able to cope under pressure; people person, friendly caring and helpful;
• Basic Maths skills, MS Office knowledge(+ any additional software)
• Knowledge of office administration and a fair understanding of the retail environment
• Honest and trustworthy, demonstrate sound work ethics, team player respectful and optimistic
