 Inspect the properties that are for sale to know the qualities of them;
 Promote and manage to market the properties for sale;
 Advise clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy
 Understand the client needs and make an offer that suits him;
 Maintain client contact and monitor the sales as they proceed;
 Prepare the documentation and the reports such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases;
 Participate in negotiations as an intermediate for the buyers and the sells;
 Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers;
 Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market;
