Responsabilitati:
• Market prospecting;
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers;
• Generate a data base of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources;
• Customer relationship management and administration documentation relating thereto.
• Relevant experience as a real estate agent for min. 2 years;
• Excellent abilities of communication and negotiation both in Romanian and English;
• Strong sale and persuasions skills;
• Able to work independently;
• Organization and planning skills;
• Initiative and team player;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook Express, web browsers.
