RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for advanced handling of customer service requests within the area of Radio and Transport with full responsibility for lead-time and quality
- He/she takes responsibility that WLA objectives that are being meet according to defined fault priority level
- Communicate with sub-contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders
- Analyze, isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute to corrective actions
- Is responsible for performing periodic routines for keeping the 2+3G networks in
a healthy state.
- To achieve maximum efficiency automates (where possible) ¿¿¿daily routine¿¿¿
activities.
- Is responsible for Fault handling and correcting them by investigating faults
handed in through Trouble Tickets and system events/alarms. Major task is to
restore E2E GSM & UMTS service functionality.
- Is always ahead of unwanted network behaviour (capacity, performance,
reliability).
- Participates in project activities, implementing / adapting 2G & 3G E2E service functionalities
- Perform network configuration, implement all changes by execution of the approved CR (Change Request) provided by the network planning
- Investigate the cause of malfunctions on network equipments and take action to solve problems
- Assuring the connectivity and availability of services


CERINTE

- Documented several years of experience from advanced service and/or maintenance within the requested competence areas
- Several years of experience on radio access network mobile technology, support of a 2G and 3G radio access network (BSC, RNC, BTS and Node B) and associated management platforms knowledge of UNIX operating systems and IP networks.
ERICSSON Access and Transport high knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge in RNC, RXI, RBS.
- Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent with minimum of 2 to 5 years of work experience.
- Proven skills and experience in managed Customer Network environment(s)
- Specific Multi Customer AXE 2G&3G knowledge and generic Ericsson Core
-Network knowledge both on (Wireline & Wireless) Telecom Networks
- Proven capability in analytical troubleshooting
- Strong communicator in English
