Purpose of the position:
The Process Engineer can drive the lean on the floor for its relevant accounts.
Will support the Black Belt in achieving the different goals in terms of Lean DNA as well as Lean Ace
Will update the different dashboards
Will start to mentor LSS projects
Responsibilities:
Validation & Setting up of measurement system for CSL/ KPI report-out
Drive Visual Management & Process Improvements
Conduct Lean Trainings & Drive Lean Improvements
Conduct benchmarking exercises
Conduct VSM events
Work with Black Belt/Quality Team to validate and set up measurement systems for CSL/KPI and set up process dashboards
Work with Operation Teams to drive improvement plans, process monitoring tools (Accuracy checks, etc) & refresher trainings
Good English language skills
Good communication skills at all levels of the organisation
Data-centric – strong quantitative skills and PC proficiency (excel knowledge)
Problem Solving approach – including logical, system oriented mindset
Change Orientation – ability to adopt changes quickly and work independently
Individual Performer – ability to organize
