In the field of railway software development, the Local Quality Manager R&D:
- ensures the quality of products;
- supervises the compliance to defined development processes;
- defines processes along CMMI (Capability Maturity Module);
- performs root cause analysis;
- proposes improvements to increase the quality of the developed products;
- sets up action plan to increase the process maturity.
In his daily business the Local Quality Manager co-operates closely with process and quality experts from Germany.
THE JOB IS LOCATED IN BUCHAREST.
- Technical University Degree;
- Experience in development of software applications;
- Experience in implementation of quality programs and participation in quality audits;
- Following competencies are highly appreciated: Project management methodologies (PMI), use of defect management tools (ClearQuest), documentation/configuration management;
- Knowledge in the field of railway signalling is a plus;
- English written and spoken - advanced level;
- German language is a plus;
- Availability for international bussiness travel.
