Main activities and responsibilities:
- Handling nonconformities, corrective & preventive actions
- Internal Audit: planning, coordinating, results analysis
- Management analysis: proposing schedule, proposal for periodic revision of quality policy, corrective/preventive actions implementation stage, customer feedback & satisfaction analysis, follow up actions and objectives decided in the management analysis
- Training on the Quality Management System of all new people and periodic refresh on the QMS
- Updating the QMS documentation (procedures, policies, etc.) based on the organizational changes, and/or legal changes with impact on the company’s activity
- Cultivating optimal professional relations with all departments while maintaining focus in the QMS
Knowledge and skill requirements:
- excellent knowledge of English
- university degree
- at least 7 years experience in a similar position
- computer literacy
- good communication and coordination abilities
- high degree of mobility within RO & SEE
- dynamic, flexible, sociable person
- driver’s license cat. B
