The main ROLE of the Quality Manager:
-Responsible for Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality Management, harmonization & development EHSQ management practices
The most important indicators of performance:
-Certification of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
-Implementation of harmonized practices
-Completeness and accuracy of reporting.
Key TASKS:
-Developing and maintaining the Integrated Management System(IMS)
-Building-up the IMS (ISO 9001 / 14001) incl. QA/QC
-Internal audits
-Harmonizing & developing the procedures & tools in Romania
-Administrative manager for Quality dept. Quality & Production Controllers, Welding Technician and NDT inspectors, Environmental, Health and Safety Specialists
-Reporting locally and at the division level
-Master Degree
-Minimum 5 years in quality management and activities (ISO 9001:2000)
-Good knowledge of Environmental and Health & Safety activities
-Basic knowledge of welding industry (advantage)
-Studies of quality management practices and quality tools
-Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
-Good management and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and in a goal oriented manner
