The main role of the Quality Manager:
- Responsible for Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality Management, harmonization & development EHSQ management practices.
The most important indicators of performance:
- Certification of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Implementation of harmonized practices
- Completeness and accuracy of reporting.
Key tasks:
- Developing and maintaining of Integrated Management System(IMS)
- Building-up the IMS (ISO 9001 / 14001) incl. QA/QC
- Maintaining of documented management system
- Internal audits
- Harmonizing & developing the procedures & tools in Romania
- Administrative manager for Quality dept. Quality & Production Controllers, Welding Technician and NDT inspectors, Environmental, Health and Safety Specialists
- Reporting locally and to the division level
- Masters Degree
- Minimum 5 years in quality management and activities (ISO 9001:2000)
- Good knowledge of Environmental and Health & Safety activities
- Basic knowledge of welding industry (advantage)
- Good education in quality management practices and quality tools
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Good management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and goal oriented way.
