- Ensure that the import, reception, warehousing and distribution of GSK products are respecting the global and local requirements
- Responsible for quality plan, KPIs
- Responsible for developing, reviewing, implementing the global/ local quality procedures
- Administrate the quality procedures and train the employee upon its
- Managing and coordinating internal audits and self inspections
- Ensure technical support to the authorities and other producers regards any quality issues
- Technical Terms of Supply management, interaction with production sites
- Technical/quality agreements with 3rd parties
- Customer Complaints management
- Managing recalls, incidents
- Collaborate with Regulatory & Logistics department for identifying the aspects that impact the quality activity
- Pharmacy university degree - mandatory
- Relevant working experience as warehouse pharmacist/ warehouse quality specialist - mandatory minimum 1 year
- Experience in developing, reviewing, administrating and training in policies, procedures and interpretation of Romanian legislation - minimum 2 years
- Very good English and PC knowledge
- A thorough, disciplined and organized person
