The main goal of this positon will be efficient management and development of the HSE (Hazard, Safety, ADR and Environmental) System for the Romanian branches of the company. The position holder will coordinate the implementation of the TQM system under supervision of head office in accordance with the corporate rules, procedures and regulations.

Main responsibilities:
- Supports the integration of the HSE systems (HACCP, ISO 14001, ADR) at country level.
- Co-ordinates the training and continuous improvement process concerning HSE / TQM related issues
- Co-ordinates all audits (internal&external) concerning HSE/TQM systems supervising the complition of the corrective actions coming from the audits
- Ensures the proper quality of cooperation between quality department and operational departments
- Ensures proper social climate within his/her functional subordinates and actively develops the team professional competences
Specific experience required:
- HACCP, ADR and ISO 14001, HSE Q-systems and EFQM model / TQM implementation
- project management tools (PDCA, 6 Sigma)
- professional auditing
Main requirements:
- University Degree
- Hazard, Safety and Environmental system auditor training
- experience supply chain management
- excellent ability to analyze and logical thinking
- commitment and responsibility for professional results, performance oriented
- fluency in written and spoken English
- PC literacy: very good knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in designing forms, templates, calculation sheets.
