• Commerce/Economics Graduate
• F&A exposure (PTP, OTC, RTR)
• Fluency in English is a must
• Detail orientation/ Analytical
• Planning/Priority Setting
• Driving and implementing improvements
• Communication skills, both verbal & written
• People Management
• Proficient Microsoft Office -MS Excel
• System knowledge - previous experience with ERP and Workflow is preferred
• Business oriented – quick understanding of how the business/processes works
• ISO – design Working Instructions
• Drive projects for process improvement – Lean, Six Sigma methodology


CERINTE

• Implementing and performing on a regular basis the quality audit controls decided for operation teams, to ensure compliance with customers contracts (KPIs based)
• Driving projects for process improvement whenever necessary or possible
• Implements effective quality audit controls as per approved documentation requirements
• Carries out periodic analysis to determine the process quality baseline and identify trends
• Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation (quality checks)
• Monitoring the Action Plans related to quality improvement
• Provides technical assistance to Operation for quality improvement
• Identify process improvement ideas
