The successful candidate will:
-lead the QA team, plan and manage its workload
- mentor team members
- develop efficient & effective testing solutions and plans
- perform testing as needed
- write and maintain test specs
- schedule testing tasks
- University degree in Computer Science related discipline
- Experience using testing methodologies
- Experience as Team Leader or QA Manager will be considered a plus
- Experience in working with different Windows OSes
- Experience in working with databases
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience using automated testing will be considered a plus
- Able to plan, document and monitor status of testing performed by team
- Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills
