....will work within a team devoted to implementing and maintaining a portion of the application code for the company's product.
Key responsibilities include:
• Write and maintain detailed test plans;
• Hand-test applications thoroughly and over a wide range of conditions;
• Write and run regression test scripts;
• Review and reproduce bugs and other software issues;
• Enter and manage reported bugs in the bug tracking system “Knowledge Base (KB)”;
• Maintain the test lab, which contains machines and disc images for testing applications under; different operating systems;

• Fluency in both spoken and written English;
• 2 years of professional experience with formal software application testing methods;
• Strong technical aptitude and experience testing database application software;
• Ability to translate functional specifications into test plans and to test for the business needs underlying those specifications;
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated;
• Ability to clearly communicate and document software bugs so that they are easily
