Coordinates the activities regarding the procurement of goods, services and equipment;
Reviews requests, determines probable sources, determines various methods of procurement, analyses and evaluates bids/offers;
Selects suppliers;
Issues requests for quotation and purchase orders;
Maintains market data relative to suppliers and prices;
Negotiates contracts following the purchasing procedures and policies of the company;
Monitors market trend and conditions;
Prepares required statistics;
Takes decisions regarding all the purchases of services or goods according to the company's interests;
Manages the purchasing team.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in multinational environment.
- Exposure to Romanian commercial legislation;
- University Degree (preferably Economics, Marketing);
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
- PC skills;
- Excellent communication skills, dynamic, team player.
