RESPONSABILITATI

- Follow different commercial projects
- Support all departments in supplier communication related to overall and specific supplier timing updates
- Execute planning activities for the procurement of all required materials in order to ensure that the company requirements are met and the appropriate material is available in requested quantity, quality and on time
- Ensure all timing commitments are closely followed and realized
- Maintain permanent open information with project team related to any timing updates from supply base
- Prepare, issue and analyze requests for quotation packages and prices
- Ensure all supplier quotes are meeting the technical specifications and are in line with the - overall needs
- Analyse the production plan and define the materials requirement in line with the stock level planning & ordering strategies to ensure the continuity of supply in a cost effective manner
- Daily follows the stocks in order to be sure to have enough material for the production
- Launches material orders to the suppliers and follows the delivery deadlines
- Meet piece price and tooling targets at component and finish good material cost level
- Support project team for customer or internal directed technical changes
- Support correct, competitive and professional supplier selection in line with the general procurement strategy
- Drive and support material cost improvement activities for the project
- Lead and support necessary technical and quality meeting with supply base
- Ensure the supplier quotations are in line with the technical and quality expectations of the company and on the project ( if specific requirement available)
- Supplier support during period of the project


CERINTE

- Academic studies or comparable education;
- 2-3 years of experience in different commercial functions;
- 1-2 years experience in commercial area ( negotiations & projects, commercial contracts, import-export activity, call-center agencies);
- Capability to negotiate and operate in different cultures;
- Strong competence and knowledges in retail process;
- Negotiation, presentation, communication skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to adopt to changes;
- Good team player, with positive, "can do" attitude;
- English is mandatory; French is a plus.
