RESPONSABILITATI

The main purpose of the job is to ensure an effective stock management and a correct price listing while working with a portfolio of internal (within the company) and external clients (third parties). The job holder assists the management in developing the business plan and revenue forecast for products by providing accurate information about competitor’s products and process.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures the efficiency of the stock management;
- Participates - jointly with the sales team - in the process of choosing the goods products in the domain of the mobility;
- Ensures the quality of the forecasting process;
- Plays an active role in defining a portfolio of products that provide a consistent source of the revenue for the company;
- Analyzes sales and inventory rotation for products portfolio;
- Gathers data from sales and distribution department and propose the necessary orders for regular supply / replenishment;
- Prepares and sends/places all approved orders to suppliers;
- Ensures daily and weekly management of our suppliers;
- Set delivery schedules, track progress, contact clients and suppliers to correct problems;
- Follow delivery process, validate the invoices (prices, quantities, delivery terms, payment agreements), prepares import-export documents;
- Requests additional documents for differences (credit note, invoice);
- Create new products, operate orders, stock reports etc. in database (Navision)
- Provide information to other departments and suppliers regarding orders;
- Oversees all details of the product, throughout its life cycle;
- Review the product prices with Retail department;
- Assists in selection and purchase of goods by gathering and screening information about products, prices, and suppliers.


CERINTE

- University Degree (preferably Economical or Technical studies);
- MS Office (advanced level);
- Fluency in English;
- Proactive, able to foresee the connection of the activities under his/her area of responsibility and their impact on the business;
- Very good organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, strong ability to work within a team;
- Detail oriented, persistent and able to work in a schedule-driven manner and respect dead-lines;
- Ability to manage budgets and avoid delay costs;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- ERP experience would be a plus.
