Job Objective:
- Manages and administrates the relations with the milk suppliers in regard to the milk quota.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitors the relations with milk suppliers and ensures that the assigned milk quotas are observed;
- Maintains relations with milk suppliers and with the governmental bodies regarding quota reporting regulations;
- Proactively monitors the status of the delivered milk quota versus the assigned milk quota;
- Is responsible for importing the registers from Danone milk administration database into the milk quota administration software;
- Provides regularly reports regarding the status of milk quota per milk suppliers or other aspects he / she is responsible of;
- Initiates and provides support for managing milk quota reconciliation between suppliers if the case may be;
- Fulfillment of other duties ordered by the direct superior or by the milk-purchase manager.
Education:
- University degree
Professional Experience:
- 1 - 2 years experience on a similar job position is a plus

PC Skills:
- Excel; Word; PowerPoint; Access
Foreign Languages:
- Written and spoken English - good level
