The Project development specialist is responsible to quote, plan & execute web campaign & project delivery .He has to understand specific project requirements, offer technical expertise & further development support to the HP.com online Project Manager/Program Manager & help preparing any needed post-deployment operations/maintenance items.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Quote & development of campaign assets according to project briefing
• Quote & localization of existing master assets in accordance with Campaign Management (Project/program managers) guidance
• Offer technical expertise & solutions related to the project assigned
• Offer support to the roll-out of IT Transformation Projects (Website or Content Migration >> tool consolidation & static pages)
• Responsible for execute the projects in accordance to recommended project methodology and agreed timelines, ensure the deliverables meet the expectation on quality and functionality
• Set the right expectations and ensure constant & accurate communication (project dev. status) with the Project Lead
• Have a good understanding/hands on experience of utilizing of HP Publishing Tools & Online Platforms to enforce campaign assets are created within the tools
• Supporting the Team Leader in running the day to day project operations (improvement proposals, notification of potential risks etc.);
• Reporting on the work status (TMT, status call)
• Depending on the project workload >> assign & work on normal SPRInt maintenance requests, making sure that work is processed according to guidelines and standards; ensure all decisions and actions are documented in SPRInt ; ensure Delivery is happening according to Service Level Agreement
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline
- At least 3 ~ 5 years of working experience in the Information Technology or Online Marketing space
- Proficiency in MS Office include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Firework, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Database using such as Apache and MYSQL
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Meticulous-mind and able to work independently
-Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- Willing to support teamwork model
-Have knowledge in HP Web Content Publishing Tools is an advantage
