RESPONSABILITATI

Project support officer provides vital assistance to program managers.

You will be responsible for monitoring project schedules and budgets, preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders.

As the project manager’s right hand man, you will play an important role in project planning and risk and issue management. Moreover, you will log, manage and analyses information on the progress of the project, using Excel and other bespoke databases. You may even be responsible for managing lower-level administrative tasks.

The Project Support Officer will assume the following tasks:
Supporting the Projects team in the execution of all project-related operations.
Support the Project team in the effective communication of project expectations to project team members, departments, third parties and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Support Project team in preparation of internal and external presentations.
Support the Project team in developing a detailed and comprehensive project plan with associated communications documents for the project including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, deliverables, analysis, budgets, resource allocation, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, marketing, risk assessment, etc. and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.


CERINTE

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
2 years’ relevant experience in managing projects or offering support for projects;
Formalized project management trainings would be appreciated;
Fluent business English;
Background in payment area of any sort would be very appreciated or at least understanding of payment ecosystem;
Ability to consider and advice on the consequences of various courses of action, including an understanding of the repercussions on other activities;
Ability to engender confidence of management and exercise good judgment in handling sensitive information;
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities and meet deadlines;
Detailed attention to quality of deliverables;
Desire and ability to demonstrated initiative;
Strong attention to detail, by being thorough and responsible;
Excellent process skills, analyze and standardize workflows.
