Project&Quality Manager

RESPONSABILITATI

Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, one of the most important car leasing companies, a Project&Quality Manager.

Responsibilities:


• Implements and participates to the IT support process in cooperation with local key users and with the service provider
• Functional analysis and Documentation of the system requirements and change requests of the country
• Practical organization of the local implementation: acceptance tests, training, communication, process adaptations related to the project, data migration
• Description and updating of the local organization: processes, job description, ad hoc studies
• Local transformation projects: management or coordination, business analyst, change and follow-up
• Continuous improvement: problems solving, operational efficiency initiatives, lean approach
• Business continuity plan, permanent control and compliance, quality, communication, procurement

• Proactively clarifies and validates the use of procedures and instruments of quality measurement (Company Standards, ACE, Lean Six Sigma)
• Ensure a regular company-wide communication on service quality topics to interest and engage employees
• Ensure VOC surveys (customer and driver) are carried out systematically (according to corporate standard) and the result are made available to appropriate functional team leaders and managers
• Support local management team in building the annual and mid-term NPS action plans
• Participate and/or facilitate root cause analysis, project selection and prioritization at company level
• Ensure appropriate quality KPI’s (including corporate standards) are in place at all management levels
• Support the complaints process owner to ensure corporate standards are in place, the process is managed and results are acted on by teams
• Share and adopt best practices
• Ensure corporate quality standards are deployed and fully embedded locally
• Participate regularly in the group quality community to exchange on best practices and standards
• Recommend and support (through training/coaching/communication) the replication of successful quality projects and tools
• Deploy and maintain external quality standards in response to local needs (e.g. ISO standards)
