− Design together with the Operations Manager the collection strategy, plan, procedures and flows;
− Keeps process maps and journal of changes in collection strategy up-to-date to ensure explanations can be given on requests;
− Communicate the Company’s goals & objectives into manageable tasks for the team and ensure full understanding among team members;
− Ensures that collection agents follow external/internal rules;
− Participates in the recruitment, selection and orientation at work;
− Coordinates the department staffing to guarantee high level collection productivity;
− Monitors on a daily basis the staff performance, ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to established standards;
− Responsible for coaching and supporting team members following regular coaching plan;
− Supports operations manager in building and optimizing incentives system;
− Evaluates direct reports and gives regular feedback;
− Builds team loyalty and commitment;
− Provides performance reports on regular basis;
− Achieve allocated monthly and annually target.
− Debt collection experience of min 1 year (banking or telephony);
− Management experience of min 2 years ( proven ability to lead a team and work as part of it);
− Organized and detail oriented;
− Strong communication and negotiation skills;
− Strong interpersonal skills;
− Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous projects at the same time;
− Being able to deliver excellent results even under tight deadlines;
− Flexibility in work schedule;
− Results oriented;
− Very good English;
− Excellent computer skills.
