RESPONSABILITATI

Work on complex problems /projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple project and process success factors.

• Exercises independent judgment to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

• Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams

• Manage the relationship and collaboration with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved BI solutions of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact

• Communicate decisions and plans, project status, issues and workarounds, in order to achieve project goals with your team and the relevant areas business stakeholders, functions, or regions.

• Lead and manage projects with medium complexity and risk and a typical team size of 5+ people out of different organizations and geographies

• Analyze and document process changes under content guidance of our Portfolio leads

• Develop a framework to investigate how current reports will be impacted by process and source data changes

• Providing summaries and documentation on investigation outcomes and present to the wider project community


CERINTE

First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred

• 3-5 years of project management experience. PMP, PMI or other project management certification is a plus

• Experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting

• Experience in IT/business operations

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) in English language; the ability to build systematic communication with Stakeholders and Project Team members

• Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.

• Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive project management using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts

• In-depth knowledge of operational processes, core businesses and the revenue Sales cycle

• Information Management Acumen; know how on databases and reporting applications and solutions.

• Self-Starter: demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic and passion

• Strong Goal Accountability: Meet deadlines, follow through on actions

• Keep line of Sight: eliminate the noise, understand the real priorities

• Ability to empathize: be a good listener; translate and mediate between team members and stakeholders

• Solid financial and business acumen
